Pkt (≈ 100 seeds)
Have fun growing you own popcorn. Grow just like sweet corn except let the ears remain on the stalks until they get dry, tan, and brittle. This variety produces large white kernels that will "pop" into great-tasting popcorn. An excellent, healthy snack food.
Plant: Sow seeds in spring in a sunny location in loose, fertile soil after the weather has warmed. To aid in pollination, plant in short rows rather than a long single one.
Care: Water generously and fertilize when plants are 12-18" (30-45cm) tall.
Harvest: Pick when stalks and ears are completely dry. Cure ears by hanging in a cool, dry place for 3-4 weeks before shelling. Store in jars.
Your Health: Rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
