Shipping Your Order
At Early's Farm & Garden Centre, we are committed to providing prompt and reliable delivery. Our Shipping and Returns policy will make your shopping experience convenient and worry-free. When placing your order, please consider the following:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to shipping your order.
  • Early's Farm & Garden Centre takes the utmost care to ensure the accuracy and promptness of your order. We will respond to your order by email within 24 business hours and comply to fulfill it within 3-4 business days. Orders placed overnight will be responded to within 24 hours from the opening of the next business day. Please note that orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Once your item(s) is confirmed to be available and your payment authorized, we ship your item(s) immediately.
  • Delivery only occurs on regular business days and does not include holidays of our delivery carrier. Allow 4 to 5 business days for delivery by courier for the majority of communities 
  • Our regular carrier, at the negotiated rate, will perform delivery. Should you desire a different method for earlier delivery, there may be an additional fee and you will need to contact us to make that special arrangement.. 
  • Please provide a street address for courier service as most couriers are unable to deliver to a post office box address.
  • Shipping costs will be based on a single item, its weight and destination, and insurance is included to a limited value.
  • Should you wish to have additional features added to your shipment such as delivery confirmation or time guarantee, please notify us by telephone or email prior to placing the order.
  • Please be available or have a responsible person available to sign and accept your order during business hours. If a delivery cannot be made, the carrier will provide instructions to receive your order (local warehouse, 2nd attempt, etc.).
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING -Our courier services only pick up packages once per day in the early afternoon Monday-Friday. Online orders placed after NOON or any time on Saturday or Sunday may not be processed in time for express (next day/morning) shipping. We will make sure express orders are shipped as soon as available after order processing has been completed. 

Returning Your Order
At Early's Farm & Garden Centre we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. Our policy is a full refund within 30 days if the product is accompanied by a receipt and is in original condition (unused). We sincerely hope you find what you need on our website and are satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to accommodate returns by mail, handled in the following way:

  1. Please place the product in the original shipping package. If you have discarded the original shipping package, you may return your order in a clearly labeled package that protects the product.
  2. Please include the original receipt. If you have discarded the original receipt, please contact us via email or telephone for further guidelines.
  3. On the back of the invoice or separate document, please indicate your reason for return (wrong size, wrong color, damaged, etc.). Please remember to include your address.
  4. Please mail the pre-paid package to:

  5. Early's Farm & Garden Centre will be pleased to refund any shipping costs for your original order and the refund if the product was defective, damaged, or is an error that we have made. Please contact us for further guidelines.
  6. The refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame and will be issued to the same credit card you used to purchase your order.

Canceling Your Order
At Early's Farm & Garden Centre we are committed to fulfilling orders in a very timely manner which means there is very little time for you to cancel. We are committed to responding to an order request within 24 hours. Please contact us immediately either by email or telephone and we will do our best to cancel the order. Orders may be subject to a restocking charge for cancellations. Please remember, you can always return or exchange your order.

Live Product Disclaimer:

Seed is a live product which depends on many important related grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, irrigation, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicide, insecticides, disease free soil, and reasonable weather conditions during the growing period. These factors are out of our control and are the growers responsibility and risk. Our seed cannot be unconditionally guaranteed for these reasons. New seed varieties come to us at 100% germination rate, and all other seeds are regularly tested for germination to confirm quality.
