Erosion Control-Soil Stabilization-Reclamation
An improved mixture formulated for use in reclamation and low maintenance sites. The combination of Canada Blue grass and Sheep's Fescue along with other high performance fescues, provides a mix that will perform well under less than ideal conditions. For use in low-fertile, dry-land soils and in erosion control areas; use in reclaiming old building sites, waste ground, machinery rows, golf course roughs, cemeteries, roadsides, right-o-ways, and other similar sites. This mix can also be used in a low maintenance country lawn, lakeside cottage or trailer park setting.

Contains: 15% Sheep's Fescue; 10% Canada Blue Grass; 15% Turf Type Tall Fescue, 10% Hard Fescue; 15% Chewings Fescue; 20% Creeping Red Fescue; 10% Perennial Rye Grass; 5% Annual Rye

Seeding rate:
For average size lawns, use 5 lbs per 1000 sq. ft.
For larger areas, use 100 - 125 lbs per acre.
