This is the perfect slicing tomato, producing large, slightly ribbed fruits with an outstanding rich flavor. They're easy-to-grow, productive and have many uses. Great in salads, for juice,canning, relishes, and cooking. Large plant, indeterminate habit.

Plant: Sow seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost, keeping soil temperature in the mid 70's. Grow in full sun. Shift hardened transplants to garden shortly after last frost, and when the weather is warm.

Care: Water regularly and fertilize when 6" (15cm) tall and again in mid summer. Stake or cage to save space, since the plants are large and vigorous growing.

Harvest: Pick carefully when richly colored and firm, but before fruit begins to soften.
