This unique black skinned variety produces glob shaped roots about 3" (9cm) in diameter, with tasty and crisp white flesh. Seeds can be sown in early summer for fall use or in midsummer for late fall and winter use. Radishes are most popular eaten raw, either alone or in salads. Scrub chill and serve with a bowl of salt or your favorite dip.
