Pkt (≈ 30 seeds)
8 ½” very slim dark green fruit. Plants are compact, heavy yielders and disease tolerant. This variety produces long, green slicing cucumbers that are tender and delicious. Can be eaten fresh or sliced in salads. This warm-weather vegetable is enjoyed throughout the world. Plants are easy to grow and vigorous.
Plant: Sow seed directly into loose, fertile soil after weather has warmed. For an earlier start, sow seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost. For best results, loosen and improve soil with organic material.
Care: Water generously and fertilize monthly. Best if grown on a strong trellis support.
Harvest: Pick regularly and before fruit color begins to turn yellow. Pick often so plant will continue to produce.
Your Health: Low in calories, supplies some vitamins and minerals.
