This cantaloupe offers golden-colored flesh that is sweet and juicy. Fruit are large and round, with a thin rind. They are also fragrant, lending credence to this cantaloupes other name: muskmelon. Like all melons, heat and adequate growing season are needed.

When and Where to Plant:Sow seeds in a warm, open, sunny location in spring once the soil has warmed. Seeds can also be started indoors 4-5 weeks earlier. Plant in fertile soil in "hills" of 2-3 seedlings each.
