Roots of this radish grow about 18" (45cm) long and 2" (5cm) across. They're white-skinned, smooth, and if timed to grow during cool weather, very mild and crisp. usually harvested during fall and winter. use fresh, cooked, in soups, stir fried, or pickled.
Plant: Direct seed into rich well amended soil beginning as soon as the ground can be worked in the spring.
Care: Water regularly and fertilize when plants have 4-6" leaves.
Harvest: Harvest when young and mild. Begin pulling roots are1/2" (12mm) across so others will have room to grow.
