This snap bean features smooth, round, meaty pods that are dark green and slightly blue in color. They are delicious fresh, and are great for canning and freezing!
When and Where to Plant: Select a sunny location when all danger of frost has passed and soil has warmed. For best results loosed soil with spade or fork, fertilize with vegetable food and smooth with rake. Firm soil over and keep moist. Plant ever 3 weeks.
Care: Water by soaking the soil, to reduce danger of disease.Thin seedlings to 6" apart.
Harvesting: Pick regularly when pods are 4-6" (10-15cm), before sides bulge.
