Here's a mild-flavored cucumber that's "burpless" and more digestible than other varieties. Fruits are straight and slender, up to 12" (25cm) long, and perfect for slicing. The skin is tender, and the fruit is crisp and delicious. So good it can be eaten fresh from the vine without peeling.
Plant: Sow seed directly into loose, fertile soil after weather has warmed. For an earlier start, sow seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost. For best results, loosen and improve soil with organic material.
Care: Water generously and fertilize monthly. Best if grown on a strong trellis support.
Harvest: Pick regularly and before fruit color begins to turn yellow. Pick often so plant will continue to produce.
